While I agree with your comments Killa68 regarding futility of second strike, I do however, think the importance of a 2nd strike is in sending a very clear message to ASIC and Authorities as well as the major shareholder that the Company Directors need to act according to their legally binding requirements to act in the best interests of ALL SHAREHOLDERS.
A second strike could have much more importance now given the extremely close scrutiny on the Company by the likes of ASIC etc in my opinion.
As a Champion would say, Stuff the B#####ds, FMS is Core!
