Hi Supercat and Docmin, don't get me wrong I will not be voting for any FMS remuneration report either whilst certain people stay, but Supercat asked the question as he was unsure of the process. The process is such that if Todd wants the same Directors, then we get the same Directors....simple as that as they have the votes. Hence my suggestion is that if a 2nd strike is recorded there actually needs to be some punishment. My suggestion is "permanently kicked from the Board for a period of time - like 2 years" (not 5 minutes). That is an issue for Parliament and ASIC/ASX, not us mere peasants.
I am all for Director embarrassment if it is deserved, but if they have stayed through the past year or so I don't think a simple Remuneration vote is going to sway them very far in the embarrassment stakes.
I am just wishing the rot has stopped and we can all get on and develop or monetise the significant assets that FMS owns. I bought FMS shares to make money, not for a social cause !
