2nd strike won't make any difference @genr8 as it is only useful where you have Directors that are appointed by a whole bunch of minority shareholders. Where you have 1 major shareholder the strike means nothing except 5 minutes of shame until they hold the extra meeting and the major shareholder votes his Directors back in. Not sure anyone is too worried about 2nd strikes in FMS.
Until ASIC/ASX approve the permanent removal of Directors from a company after a 2nd strike, the law is useless (in my opinion of course).
