Todd/FMS have done a private agreement with OCJ????
In return for OCJ voting for delisting and removal from the ASX FMS can pay OCJ an agreed figure per share [20/25/30c] and this remains private and confidential.
Then screw the remaining shareholders at 0.75c ??
