    It appears that TODD has systematically pushed the price down over time to make it untenable for Flinders Mines to continue.

    TODD being the majority shareholder knows it has it over the other shareholders  when it comes down to pushing an issue.

    Flinders will now offer a buy back,which TODD will be grateful for as they will buy nicely discounted shares.

    Talk about a real stinker of a company. Sorry I ever got involved.
