well it's a big fat angry no from me, forget about organising another round of money wasting discussions in every state with shareholders about the finer details of the deal which clearly nobody's is interested in from what I've been reading, I wouldn't feel confident in " any " deal that involves giving away a major part of the asset with a very vague outline on a Royalty payment, for me it's got to be a buyout of my shares based on the true value of the whole of FMS ' assets and future earnings.
