I found the ASX Announcement title intriguing, 'FMS enters into binding agreements with BBIG subject to shareholder approval", reads at first glance it is as if the binding agreements have been concluded.
We are an after-thought when in fact we are the determinators.
The ASX Announcement should have been announced as, "Subject to shareholder approval FMS will begin to enter into binding agreements with BBIG," and I wondered for whose benefit it was announced on ASX in this way. To soothe 3rd Party concerns?
