It will come down to what OCJ want. They own pretty much 50% of the minority shareholder vote so it is really up to them. Hopefully with the media attention we have had thanks to Stuart MacKinnon, our One Nation politicians and minority shareholders hard work there might be some analysts who will crunch some numbers. A quick read makes me think they could have kept it simple and simply gave a dollar figure per tonne and maybe with an up front payment.

It will be interesting to see what net profit the company would make on various iron ore margins. Surely if they do presentations they should have independent experts quote the value of this.
