I won't vote for this deal either ,all I see is another attempt to take our PIOP minus FMS and minority shareholders, Directors still don't have skin in the game and why would they if they know there shares eventually will be all but worthless, the market has spoken since the announcement and it speaks volumes when there was only about 5 trades , doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling what so ever, show me plan B please . this is my opinion only based on reading the announcement and watching the market response, cheers Sharkie1.
