I'll say this only once but this appears to be nothing more than a money grab!

This particular group do not have a claim to this land that has been determined in a court of law!

They I'm led to believe not recognised as the traditional landowners and by all accounts all the native title clearance, surveys and Govt submissions and approvals have been granted.

TAR are in these discussions as a matter of courtesy and respect for this group of people.

I'll continue to buy with the remaining part of the order at 4.6 being another top up for me.
