The S.A. Minister for Mines has overstepped his Authority in the making of this decision. As a self acknowledged traditional owner he is clearly conflicted when it comes to making this decision. Taruga should use this as one of their rights of appeal. Anything regarding Native Title or traditional lands are a step to far for this Minister. He should of had his department make this decision and had nothing to do with it.
