The Company should come forward immediately with a Statement , as it was heading for a binary decision , yes/no ,pass / fail,,, they should be fully prepared and have the alternative strategy ready to run,,
IMHO an Appeal should have been typed and ready to file.. I'd certainly be revoking any future investment near or around the Region .. with Notification explaining why and WHO is directly responsible for the decision. Group pressure from the Locals would then be applied..
There is a considerable depth of buyers remaining , Obviously there are some that believe in the Company Directors .
Plus as mentioned above what about the 90% of the tenement that falls outside the No Go Declined Zone?
Offer the Locals 5% Holding in Taruga have them lobby and do the heavy lifting...NZT
