The outcome from the government doesn't actually mean Flinders is dead.
What it means is that the minister will not give access under sections 21 and 23 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1988 (SA).
If and when the Adnyamathanha aboriginal corporation come out of administration, they can approve the heritage clearance for Flinders.
That is my understanding, I could be wrong and it could still be years away!
