I agree that its wise to retain it for as long as possible, but spend nothing on it (surely the SA Govt can't expect any annual expenditure if they won't grant drilling approval!) - IMO if the Flinders tenement was released some opportunist would pick it up and seek to do a deal with the bludgers that have prevented TAR getting approval.
The whole process is clearly compromised by this flawed decision, and i wouldn't have any faith in a system that has a Minister for Mines clearly with a biased view.

In the meantime I expect TAR board to consider any possible company-making opportunities outside of South Australia! I certainly wouldn't be encouraging the company wasting money in a state that has such a high sovereign risk, and i wouldn't be wasting company money paying SA administration costs etc.
