If you read about his background and aspirations unfortunately the SA Minister for Mines clearly doesn't want a level playing field! Therefore don't waste time, money and effort on SA exploration.
As a shareholder of TAR I'd much prefer the Company look at other jurisdictions and opportunities, in a timely manner.
