All pretty much as expected (and as I predicted on 27/10).

Appears a fairly straightforward and above board transaction.
Funds needed were already flagged in last CR and recent quarterly confirmed funds needed now.
Minority holders again have a chance to avoid dilution at next CR and can only hope that OCJ see some value in participating.
The great unknown is of course the results of the maturation phase!! We all no doubt believe it will be positive however we know that FMS are certainly not pumping up any positives so the release of that info will be interesting.........
Hopefully will be enough to have a fully subscribed raising, no dilution and the ability for the bod to move to next step - be nice to start seeing some likely supply agreement terms
