It seems management estimates the average sh intelligence to be about as high as what they are willing to burn our future billion dollar plus investment for price wise... I love how often in the past and now they use the term "shareholder value" when in fact the only value would be to sweep the current board clean, start over and appoint REAL shareholders who have put their own personal REAL money into this company as opposed to salary distribution and bonuses. Its easy to trade whats not yours for a pittance when you continue to line your pockets. What a waste of time and money for the rest of us!

What a disappointment.
