IMHO unless shareholders act quickly under strong leadership and with a high level of participation the outcome of the vote will be a yes vote. In my experience whenever a deal that presents minimal shareholder value is announced there is a significant back up plan or source of yes votes to ensure the exercise is not futile. I wish u luck but u need to be organised and overestimate the yes vote.
