I have never seen such a large group of share holders of a company to be so infuriated. We are dealing with a board that have little commercial sense and no negotiating skills. If we had known this in the past we would have all sold out at a much higher price.
We need to keep together here and vote no. We also need to move on some off these turkeys on the FMS board ast hey are incompieent and looking after their own interests.
I agree with some shareholders that there is potential here for a class action.
