"they only need to wait till May" IMO the need for the CR will come after first ore is mined and really it depends on clients. If they can secure some clients, they will probably need to raise cash to; manufacture and pump out some graphene production units, to accelerate the mining plans, to pay staff to do the work, etc etc. It needs to happen in the proper order though. They need to get some ore out, find some buyers and then raise cash to fund it all. This would probably be the best result for current holders.
