The issue is that the comms on the mining front have been poorly handled and almost cagey to a point. Whilst they might be ironing out safety issues they could at least provide estimated timelines, obviously they would need to stick to these otherwise the s/p would get further punished.

I just do not see any urgency in getting these the OB's over the line at the moment. I just hope they don't go for the lazy placement option and shaft the oppies holders like the OA's. Still early into 2017 so people are still getting back into work mode but a little clarity would go a long way.
