FLLYR: DIL: DIL - Preliminary 2011 Annual Results
DBMS Inc. ("Diligent") is pleased to announce its full year results for the
fiscal year ended 31 December 2011. These results are presented in
compliance with US GAAP (unless otherwise noted), are reported in US dollars
and are in the final stages of audit.

As reflected in the attached financials, 2011 has been an historic year for
Diligent. We have achieved several significant financial milestones,
including becoming profitable on an operating basis for the first time.
Diligent recognized $US 0.9 million (+$NZ 1.1 million) in Operating Income in
2011 compared to an Operating Loss of $US (2.4) million (-$NZ 2.9 million) in
2010. This achievement highlights managements' ability to generate and
manage the company's dramatic growth while not sacrificing profitability.
Diligent's Cash Flow from Operations improved to $US 6.9 million (+$NZ 8.4
million) in 2011 compared to $US 0.02 million (+$NZ 0.02 million) in 2010.
Diligent expects these positive trends in cash flow and operating income to
continue in 2012 and feel we are well positioned to deliver another year of
exceptional performance and outstanding value to our clients and
shareholders.
