Smartshares Limited releases annual results for Europe Trust (EUF)            
                                                                              
27 May 2016 - Smartshares Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NZX Limited,  
have announced the results for its EUF Fund, covering the period from 29 July 
2015 to 31 March 2016.                                                        
                                                                              
The objective of the Europe Trust (EUF) is to invest in Vanguard's FTSE       
Europe ETF (VGK), which aims to track the FTSE Developed Europe Index.
