FLLYR: FRE: NZX Preliminary Announcement (Replacement)
Freightways Limited has provided a replacement NZX Preliminary Announcement
which includes an amended Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity for the
year ended 30 June 2013. The amounts shown for the specific lines 'Dividend
payments' and 'Shares issued' at the bottom of the table were for the Year
end 30 June 2012, inserted in error.
The correct amounts are (28,477) and 397, respectively. These amounts have
been replaced on the revised Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity for
the year ended 30 June 2013 and the totals have been corrected so that the
table now reconciles to the relevant Equity balances set out in the
Consolidated Balance Sheet as at 30 June 2013.
