You are right - starts looking like a turnaround story. Not sure, I worry too much about the lack of a dividend - as long as they pay back their debts (they did this year) and as long as they use the reminder of the cash for (useful) acquisitions, than this is fine with me.
They might be quite well positioned with an aging population requiring more health services. The arriving grey tsunami must be good for something 
!
However - if you go to their AGM ... it can't hurt to comment on their overall shareholder communication - I think there would be one or two things they could easily improve.
