Smartshares Limited releases annual results for NZX Australian MidCap Index
Fund (smartMOZY)

28 May 2012 - Smartshares Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NZX Limited,
has announced its results for the smartMOZY Fund, covering the twelve month
period from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012.

SmartMOZY is designed to passively track the S&P/ASX Midcap 50 Index, which
is an index comprising the 50 companies ranked from 51 to 100 by market
capitalisation on the ASX market.
