June 2015.

1. Appendix 1 (NZX LR 10.4.2) detailing results for announcement to the
market for the year ended 30 June 2015;
2. Media release;
3. Audited financial statements, and commentary;
4. Appendix 7 (as required by NZX Listing Rule 7.12.2) detailing the dividend
of NZ 8.5 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 22 September 2015 to those
shareholders on the company's share register as at 5pm on 11 September 2015.
5. ASX Appendix 3A.1, as to the same dividend, which is to be filed with ASX
immediately following this lodgement.
