TrustPower Limited Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March
2012.

Profit after tax attributable to the Shareholders of the Company was $131.7
million compared with $112.4 million for the prior year.

Consolidated underlying earnings after tax of $135.5 million compared with
$116.5 million for the same period last year.

EBITDAF of $300.1 million compared with $274.4million in the previous year.
