TrustPower Limited Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March
2013.

Profit after tax attributable to the Shareholders of the Company was $123.35
million compared with $131.65 million for the prior year.

Consolidated underlying earnings after tax of $127.2 million compared with
$135.3 million for the same period last year.

EBITDAF of $294.7 million compared with $300.1 million in the previous year.
