TrustPower Limited Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March
2014.

Profit after tax attributable to the Shareholders of the Company was $115.12
million compared with $123.35 million for the prior year.

Consolidated underlying earnings after tax of $108.48 million compared with
$127.27 million for the same period last year.

EBITDAF of $277.4 million compared with $294.8 million in the previous year.
