or partner investment or even debt as the wells are cheap and the gas alone would pay them off quite quickly based on those last reported numbers without using any oil revenue and after 5 or 6 wells they will fund any new drilling program...might even receive funding from offtake partner given the energy problem in California and gas price ( see below comparison below henry hub pricing ) we are not far away and from South California
