    re: Ann: FLSmidth Offers $10.00 per Share for... well, this is pretty extraordinary - $10 means they are pretty keen to pick up LDW ahead of Weir.
    doubt they will have any problems with t/o panel as they never officially made an offer in the first place, so doubt see how they can be restricted to $7.20.
