We just had our holiday from SA flying to Darwin then Alice. Used FLT. 5 flight changes before we left. Lockdown in Darwin so no Alice. FLT handled everything and got all our money for Alice Springs accom back. 18 mths ago I would have done it all but too risky now. Heard alot of stories of money being held or lost etc. More people are getting scared of cancellation and looking for that guarantee of refund. I think more people will use travel agents in the future for that peace of mind. Also hold WEB so see what happens next week.
