They can close the offer at any time of their choosing.
The SPP Offer opens at 9.00 am (Sydney time) on Thursday, 9 February 2023 (Opening Date) and is scheduled to close at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 6 March 2023 (or such other date as Flight Centre determines in its absolute discretion) (Closing Date).
So if they get applications far, far outstripping the available $40M where they would have to heavily scale back the application amounts, they can close the offer early. Which means if your payment has not been received by the time they close it, there will be no allocation for you under the SPP.
