Whether the initial (higher margin) $20 million USD gets recognized this Qtr or Q4 2019, what this contract has done is set up the company with at least $80 million USD in revenues for 2020 and $82 million USD for 2021.

Although this will be very low margin, it sets a nice base for revenue growth coupled with some of the other larger CES projects and the growing SPS (MABR/SUBRE +Nirobox/Ecobox) segments. Goes a long way to helping achieve sustainable profitability targets in the short to medium term.
