I think the whole project was said to be around a 22% gross profit margin overall.
While you can pull these levers multiple ways with different values assigned to each, an example would be:
Initial $20 million @ 80% (very high) margin = $16 million gross
$162 million @ 15% (low) margin = $24.3 million gross
$40.3 million / $182 million = 22% gross profit margin
