I know you have been here for couple of decades at least........so, you know, that some sectors or businesses are not "cool" or "fashionable" enough to get interest or momentum going ....say, any cancer drug with even a dish released studies may go through the roof....but a 99% treatment of prevention of diarrhoea (and all the diseases causing it like salmonella and e coli, shigella etc etc etc) does not even warrant one pip of a rise on another great studies results.....so, affluent recapture and cleaning it, and cleaning other messy waters may not register with majority of investors....especially the once with access to clean, cheap and constantly flowing water....so we buy some more and wait.....I am happy to wait...FLC WILL become a phoenix ..one of these days... and soon.....all imho....dyor etc etc....
