    Which breakout are you referring to Leverage - up or down - micro or macro ?

    It appears to me that it broke hard down around the 9th 10th Dec, recovered & is now on the verge of breaking up out of the down trend, as you say, confirmation on price & volume required. Seems to me that TA could finally be about to align with FA (IC close). I'm watching for that break up, it would be a great start to 2020 for FLC.
