@ywtow when do you think that will be? I had thought IC could be a possible catalyst for a quick re-rate and keep the register relatively clean on the way up. And yet the pros remain; stacking the sell side pre open to send a very clear message. It is not time yet. I see three possible reasons for the this message and continued trading trends. Further exhaustion of retail holders, further capital raising to be done at a lower price or a TO - apparently our biggest holder thinks it is his coy anyway and certainly has the means to drive a TO should he wish. Frustrated retail holders would probably welcome it... How a company value can be unchanged after securing a contract more than the market is beyond me.
