    I believe the key term the management has indicated is SUSTAINABLE EBITDA positive. In order to show that, it will usually requires 2-3 Q.

    Upon achieving the sustainable state, this would change the company from a start-up to an investable animal viewed by the bigger funds.

    Heard many times from the funds: “ we will be happy to put our money in at $1 when we are certain than now while it is still proving itself.”
