certainly MT don't want to see price to go below 20 C... this announcement was timed.
actually bit misleading as expected quarterly was in excess of 50 mil (if we get IC money). if no IC money meaning not much outgoing... they are same $ again which they counted at the time of CR @.44.
this will go below 20 C
