The Chinese are going like cut snakes installing sewerage treatment to rural areas. Work is being done by major Chinese companies who often have commercial ties with the government such as by way of part ownership. Very hard to break into these types of relationships, particularly for a US based company given the existing trade war between China & US. Still, it will only take a few major contracts to send sp north of 50c, and a few more again to send it towards a dollar. If any ever happen.
