Why is every significantly positive announcement a signal for the sellers to pile in like there's no tomorrow?! Or, are we not done manipulating yet?! If this was a mining stock the SP would have quadrupled from the year's lows by now! Perhaps not many people realize the value of clean water in this day and age.
Just my thoughts and, in the meantime, will hang in there for the inevitable moment when the market comes to its senses.
