Another piece of the puzzle. Its a solid de-risking. Showing that these guys are ready to place real orders. I am sure this will hold some weight in China as well. For sure our other SOE's will take notice of this. As for now...This is more revenue that was not accounted for in the projections. Correct me if I'm wrong but management did say that the projections did not include China deals
