    Clearly the market has only responded to
    “Orders total US$4.6 million” and not “with follow-on business anticipated” or even responding to the strategic significance.

    OK, I get it, the market might move the dial with a US$40.6 million sale (debatable at the moment) or at least a US$400.6 million sale, but geez.
