Just follow through with more SOE china orders AND get paid for them will do the trick to get SP moving up.
I would doubt they will/can ignore USA market forever but who knows.
I guess that is why you should diversify your portfolio. My mistake so far is 'believing' the story & hanging on + having averaged down on a loser, so broken 2x golden rules. So far it has proved to be a disaster for me but the game is not over yet, although it looks close a few times pre Ivory Coast going binding & $$ coming in.
