    Hope he delivers, he's not coming on board cheaply.

    The options are too cheap, especially in the context of a severely depressed share price. +10% over 4 years from current levels, I am hoping for the share price to do a hell of a lot better than that.

    Anyway let's see how he performs. Much will be forgiven if he can put the proverbial rocket under FLC, time will tell...
