It is great if FLC believe the network established in China is sufficiently solid to grow its own work now, and timing and emphasis has aligned with North America.
I've tempered my initial reaction to the starting salary (which was akin to quite a few folks on here) with the fact that Richard Irving has always struck me as a canny man.
By extension I'm trusting these latest appointments, particularly Mr Tom's to be made with canny judgement.
