Totally understand your comment regarding the SP whilst Richard has been onboard with Fluence. If you use this as the only metric, fair cop.

In my personal opinion, Richard has not only put his money into this company, but his time and energy in breathing life into this fledging company.
He was one of the main drivers as a Venture Capitalist in floating EMC (god, that seems decades ago), including the merger between Ron's company and EMC in creating Fluence.

He believed and suspect still believes in the product and opportunities, so he took up managerial positions within the new company as Director, Chairman and when Henry left, Chairman and CEO until Tom came on board. He is only one of two Directors that took up his rights issue and purchased shared for around .40 cents a couple years ago.

We all agree that the SP is shit and I suspect the next 12 months will tell if Fluence is a dud, but to date we have made inroads into China, SE Asia, Africa, Middle East and by all evidence some small gains within the USA.

Richard has been a major part of this growth within a conservative water industry and at least, a sentence in the media release should have thanked him for his service and at best acknowledged the time and effort this Venture Capitalist turned manager has put into building the foundations for Fluence over the last 5 years.

I for one, thank and have appreciated him for his efforts to date.

Finally, you are right the SP is crap whilst Richard has been steering the ship, but if things start taking off in USA, China starts buying again and Taiwan/Cambodia sales improve, I would like to think that long term investors acknowledge Mr Irving's contribution in these early years.
