bridog,
The Chinese plant presently has one production line but there is room for several more lines. Each line is manufactured by their Israeli supplier at a cost of about US$1.5 million, takes about 3 months to build and I think can produce US$75 million of MABR units for Aspiral plants. However these are older figures, could have been changes.
In addition they have manufacturing facilities in Italy, the US, Brazil and Argentina. These plants cover the full range of product however they each concentrate on their specialty.
Basically I don't believe production will be a problem for either Nirobox or Aspiral plants, particularly with the short lead times for new Aspiral plants. Also the Argentinian plant (mainly producing Nirobox?) has recently been upgraded and extended.
